Educo Africa’s work in supporting young people to discover their potential takes place primarily in wilderness environments throughout South Africa. The process allows for a profound awakening and realisation of one’s inherent potential. Educo Africa delivers two programmes that are designed to deliver specifc outcomes that support the growth of the young person. These are:
Sisonke Programme
Recognizing the prevalence of poverty, crime, violence, substance abuse and HIV/AIDS
in our communities, Sisonke lays a foundation of self-worth and resilience in at-risk youth
and their caregivers, to break the distress cycles and restore hope and possibility.
